30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid tracks and subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Visit support.stripe.com and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Reply to the receipt email Stripe sent you, or
3. Contact us through the support options inside your Torch Bearer account and we will help you reach Stripe.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing page or via support.stripe.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of your current paid period. Refunds for the current period follow the 30-day guarantee above.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
